The primary objective of the LDC is to develop world class talent through change and innovation leading to positive impact on performance improvement and companies’ bottom line and be benchmarked as UGM’s premier centre for competency-based learning LDC offers a wide range of high quality and relevant courses to individuals and organisations looking to raise their own benchmarks. We  provide niche trainings and certifications for specific competencies in the areas of Language, Information and Communications Technology, and Soft skills / Essential Skills
